Our new menu for December

We are pleased to launch our festive December menu’s at the Waterfront Restaurant, Kirkcaldy. Our new lunch and dinner menus features in season game and vegetables. Try out our guinea fowl croquettes served with an apple and prune chutney. For something different, try out our roast boneless partridge which is served with an Edinburgh rhubarb and ginger gin sauce.

Our new menu for October

We are pleased to launch our new Lunch and Dinner menus at the Waterfront Restaurant, Kirkcaldy. Our new menu features dishes made with seasonal local ingredients. Try out our pan fried venison cooked pink with a bramble sauce. For something different, try out our duck breast which is cooked pink and served with a pink grapefruit liqueur sauce.

Demonstration Nights- May

We are pleased to announce our popular (and often sold out!) demo nights are back- the next set will be held on Thursday 25th and Friday 26th May. This is your opportunity to enjoy a five course meal whilst watching the head chef talk you through how it is made and presented.
